Do you work with early-stage startups?
Yes — about 30% of our engagements are pre-Series B. We occasionally take a small equity component for early-stage clients in exchange for a discounted rate. Get in touch and we’ll talk through what’s right for you.
What’s the minimum engagement size?
Around $25k for an advisory engagement, $40k for a small fixed-scope build. We don’t go smaller because we can’t staff them with senior people, and we don’t compromise on that.
Where is your team based?
Headquartered in Lahore with collaborators in Berlin and Toronto. We work across PKT, CET and ET — there’s always overlap with North American and European hours.
Do you sign NDAs?
Always, before any project discussion. We work under NDA with most clients and never reference them publicly without explicit permission.
Can you work with our in-house team?
Yes — about half of our engagements are embedded squads working alongside in-house engineers. Your team ships faster around ours, and we leave clean, owned code.
How do you handle IP & security?
All IP is yours from day one. We’re SOC 2 Type II certified, run background checks on every employee, and have signed BAAs / DPAs ready to go.
