Salesforce That Your TeamWill Actually Use.
We implement and optimise Salesforce for the way your business works — so your team gets a tool that makes their job easier and your leadership gets data they can trust.
A CRM your team opens by choice.
We implement and optimise Salesforce for the way your business works — so your team gets a tool that makes their job easier and your leadership gets data they can trust.
Most Salesforce work is a rescue, not a rebuild.
A large portion of our Salesforce clients already own the licences. What they need is an org that reflects how the business actually sells today — and the symptoms are almost always the same four.
Configuration first, custom code last.
Six principles that decide what we build in the platform, what we write in Apex, and what we refuse to leave you maintaining.
Standard objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and reports address the vast majority of business requirements. Custom code is the last resort — every line of Apex is a future maintenance obligation we minimise intentionally.
Apex is genuinely necessary for complex calculations, real-time integrations requiring precise error handling, and UI components that Lightning cannot deliver. For everything else Flow handles it — lower cost, easier maintenance, no deployment overhead.
Duplicate records accumulate without active management. We configure matching and prevention rules at creation time, and run structured deduplication on existing data. Required fields are limited to what genuinely drives decisions.
Automatic population of company and contact data reduces manual entry and improves completeness — so reps spend their time selling, not filling in fields a system could populate for them.
We audit the current org, identify the highest-impact improvements, and implement in a sequence that starts with the changes that visibly improve users’ daily experience.
We document every configuration decision and establish the change management process your admin team needs to maintain the org as the business evolves — not just hand over a system and leave.
First touch to renewal, one system of record.
We configure Salesforce to support every stage of the customer journey — not just the deal pipeline — and build the objects, code, and integrations each stage needs.
Lead capture, scoring, and routing, so reps receive qualified leads with full visibility of prior engagement.
Opportunity tracking, quote generation, approval workflows, and forecasting — with Salesforce CPQ configured where quoting is complex.
Automatic record creation and task assignment the moment a deal closes, so nothing waits on someone remembering.
Service Cloud setup and case management, with full customer history visible to every agent on the first reply.
Contract end dates, health indicators, and expansion opportunities tracked proactively rather than discovered late.
Full Sales Cloud rollouts, including custom object and field configuration shaped around how your business actually sells.
Apex development for complex automation and Lightning Web Components where standard features fall short.
Salesforce joined up with your ERP, marketing, and support tools so records stay consistent across systems.
A structured audit and optimisation programme for existing orgs that have drifted away from the business they serve.
Technologies we work with.
We pick the right tool for the job — here's what our teams reach for across every layer.
From brief to delivery.
Five stages from org audit to role-specific training — every configuration decision documented, approved, and tested in a sandbox before it reaches production.

For new implementations, we map your process end to end before touching any configuration. For existing orgs, we audit what is there, document what is broken, and identify the highest-impact improvements to prioritise first.
We design the object model, automation rules, and integration architecture before touching the org. Every decision is documented and approved so there are no surprises during build.
Standard configuration covers most requirements. Apex code and custom Lightning Web Components are developed where standard features fall short — with every line documented and reviewed.
Every flow, trigger, and integration is tested in a sandbox environment. Users test against their real scenarios before go-live — not on a generic demonstration. Defects are resolved before the production deployment.
Role-specific training sessions and documentation ensure your team can use Salesforce effectively from day one. We do not run a generic product tour — we train each role on exactly what they need to do their job.
Voices from the people we built for.
Dexsof rebuilt a system we'd been promised twice before. They shipped in eleven weeks what two other teams couldn't in eighteen months — and the code is the cleanest I've reviewed in a decade.
Genuine senior engineers. The kind who say 'we shouldn't build that' before we waste a quarter on the wrong thing.
We came for a 6-week prototype. Three years later they still run our core platform.
The team integrated seamlessly with our in-house engineers and elevated the entire output. We shipped on time and under budget.
The mobile app they built has a 4.8-star rating on the App Store. The UX work alone was worth every dollar.
From discovery to deployment in eight weeks. Dexsof is what a modern dev studio should look like.
We brought Dexsof in mid-project to rescue a failing build. They diagnosed the architecture problems in days, refactored the core, and had us back on track within two weeks — without losing a single feature.
Fast and reliable.
Every deadline hit, every estimate accurate. Working with Dexsof felt like having a co-founder with a full dev team behind them.
They picked up our legacy codebase that three other contractors had given up on, cleaned it up, and shipped three new features in the same sprint — all without touching the production schedule. Impressive discipline from the entire team.
Dexsof flagged two architectural issues that would have cost us six months.
Their design and engineering teams worked as one. The result was a product that looked premium and performed even better under load.
Common questions.
Anything not covered here, ask us directly — we answer within 24 hours.
We have Salesforce but nobody uses it properly — can you fix that?
Yes. Poor adoption is usually a configuration and training problem, not a technology problem. We audit the existing org, identify what is making the system harder to use than it should be, simplify the configuration, and run role-specific retraining. Most orgs show measurable adoption improvement within the first month.
Do you work with all Salesforce clouds?
We specialise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, which cover the majority of CRM and customer support requirements. For Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and other specialised products, we assess the requirement and advise accordingly — including whether a specialist partner is the right choice.
How long does a Salesforce implementation take?
Basic Sales Cloud implementation: 6 to 10 weeks. Complex multi-cloud implementations with custom Apex development and third-party integrations: 4 to 6 months. We provide a specific timeline estimate after the discovery and scoping phase, not before.
Can you integrate Salesforce with our ERP or other tools?
Yes. REST API integration, middleware solutions, and MuleSoft are all within our capability. We have integrated Salesforce with Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, Odoo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zendesk, and a range of custom-built systems. Integration scope is defined during discovery.
Let’s talk about it.
