Move to the CloudWithout the Horror Stories.
We plan and execute cloud migrations that are methodical, low-risk, and reversible — so your business modernises without the downtime, data loss, or cost surprises that give migration a bad reputation.
Cloud migration, done right.
Cloud migration that moves your systems to AWS, GCP, or Azure without disrupting operations — planned, phased, and validated at every step.
Not every workload moves the same way.
We assess every workload individually and recommend the right strategy per application — not a one-size-fits-all lift and shift that misses the long-term value.
Move to cloud VMs with minimal changes. Fastest, lowest risk, and the lowest cloud-native benefit.
Replace specific components with managed cloud equivalents — without a full redesign of the application.
Redesign the application around cloud-native patterns. Highest effort, and the highest long-term value.
Some applications are not worth migrating. We decommission them and absorb their function elsewhere.
Some workloads stay on-premise for regulatory, latency, or cost reasons. Hybrid is often the right answer.
The discovery phase most projects skip.
The work that prevents migration failures. Application inventory, dependency mapping, and hidden risk identification all happen before any infrastructure moves.
Every application, service, and database documented — including shadow IT and undocumented systems. Nothing moves until everything is accounted for.
What calls what, what data flows where, what cannot be migrated until something else moves first. The map that determines the migration sequence.
Hardcoded IP addresses, shared databases, undocumented integrations — the surprises that turn migrations into incidents. Found before they cause problems.
A full inventory, dependency graph, risk register, and recommended migration sequence — delivered before any infrastructure moves.
Migration that keeps you running.
Parallel operation, canary releases, real-time data synchronisation, and a tested rollback plan at every phase — so migration is a controlled, reversible process, not a gamble.
Technologies we work with.
We pick the right tool for the job — here's what our teams reach for across every layer.
No hard cutovers. Here is the process.
Five stages from infrastructure audit to post-migration optimisation — nothing moves until the plan is written and approved.

We audit your current infrastructure — servers, databases, dependencies, and traffic patterns — before recommending a migration approach. Everything documented.
Applications are grouped by complexity and dependency. The migration sequence is planned to minimise risk and disruption. A full written plan before anything moves.
A non-critical application is migrated first to validate the process, tooling, and team readiness before migrating critical systems.
Systems are migrated in phases with parallel running periods for critical workloads. The old infrastructure is decommissioned only when the new system is proven.
After migration, we review performance, costs, and architecture to ensure you are getting the full benefit of the cloud — not just running data centre workloads in a different location.
Voices from the people we built for.
Dexsof rebuilt a system we'd been promised twice before. They shipped in eleven weeks what two other teams couldn't in eighteen months — and the code is the cleanest I've reviewed in a decade.
Genuine senior engineers. The kind who say 'we shouldn't build that' before we waste a quarter on the wrong thing.
We came for a 6-week prototype. Three years later they still run our core platform.
The team integrated seamlessly with our in-house engineers and elevated the entire output. We shipped on time and under budget.
The mobile app they built has a 4.8-star rating on the App Store. The UX work alone was worth every dollar.
From discovery to deployment in eight weeks. Dexsof is what a modern dev studio should look like.
We brought Dexsof in mid-project to rescue a failing build. They diagnosed the architecture problems in days, refactored the core, and had us back on track within two weeks — without losing a single feature.
Fast and reliable.
Every deadline hit, every estimate accurate. Working with Dexsof felt like having a co-founder with a full dev team behind them.
They picked up our legacy codebase that three other contractors had given up on, cleaned it up, and shipped three new features in the same sprint — all without touching the production schedule. Impressive discipline from the entire team.
Dexsof flagged two architectural issues that would have cost us six months.
Their design and engineering teams worked as one. The result was a product that looked premium and performed even better under load.
Common questions.
Anything not covered here, ask us directly — we answer within 24 hours.
How long does a cloud migration take?
A single application with few dependencies: 4 to 8 weeks. A full data centre migration: 6 to 18 months depending on the number of applications and their complexity. We scope accurately after the assessment.
Can we keep running on-premise during migration?
Yes — hybrid operation during the migration period is standard. Critical systems run in parallel until the cloud version is proven and validated.
What about our databases — can they be migrated without data loss?
Database migration with zero data loss is achievable with the right tooling and approach. We use AWS DMS or equivalent with extensive validation at every stage.
How do you handle security during migration?
Security architecture is redesigned for the cloud, not ported from on-premise. Network segmentation, IAM, secrets management, and encryption at rest and in transit are all part of the migration scope.
