Your Software Is Live. The Work Is Not Over.
We keep your software fast, secure, and working through proactive maintenance, structured SLAs, and engineering support that is available when it actually matters.
We stay with it after launch.
Ongoing engineering support for production systems — bug fixes, dependency updates, performance monitoring, and feature iteration on a retainer that scales with your needs.
Unmaintained software quietly deteriorates.
Every week, new vulnerabilities are discovered in the libraries and frameworks your software depends on. Browsers update. APIs change. Mobile operating systems alter their permission models. The cost of emergency response to a compromised or failing production system is not comparable to the cost of the maintenance that would have prevented it.
Production defects triaged and fixed, with a named path to escalation when something breaks in the middle of the night.
Framework and library versions kept current, security patches applied and tested — before a vulnerability becomes your problem.
Continuous measurement of the paths that matter, with optimisation work scheduled when the numbers start to drift.
Index health, storage growth, and slow query optimisation handled routinely instead of during an outage.
Enhancement development on the same retainer — your product keeps moving forward, not just staying alive.
Payment providers, CRMs, and APIs change their contracts. We track the deprecations and update before they break.
Recovery plans written down and actually tested — a backup nobody has ever restored is not a backup.
What was done, what was found, and an improvement roadmap for the months ahead — delivered on a fixed date.
What a retainer actually includes.
Six things that run every month on a defined cadence — no chasing, no reminders, no waiting for something to break first.
Framework versions, library versions, and security patches applied, tested, and deployed — every month, not when a vulnerability becomes a headline.
Automated monitoring of all critical endpoints with alert thresholds configured. We know when something is wrong before your users do.
Application errors captured and classified by frequency and severity. Patterns identified before they become incidents.
A defined allocation of engineering time each month, prioritised by severity. Fixed before users make it a support ticket.
Certificate renewals, DNS health, cloud resource management, and backup verification — handled before they expire or fail.
What was done, what was found, what was fixed, and what is upcoming — on a fixed date every month. No chasing for updates.
Our SLA, in writing.
Four severity levels, each with a committed acknowledgement and resolution window. SLA performance is tracked and reported in the monthly health report — adherence documented, not assumed.
Your last agency moved on. We have not.
We take on software we did not build — but never blind. Three things happen before we put our name on your uptime.
Codebase quality, dependency health, infrastructure configuration, and known issues — reviewed before anything is promised.
You get our findings in writing before we commit to a maintenance scope, and we stay honest about what we found.
Every fix adds to a knowledge base for the system, so the understanding stays with your business rather than in one engineer’s head.
Technologies we work with.
We pick the right tool for the job — here's what our teams reach for across every layer.
We take it over, then we keep it running.
Five stages from first audit to live incident response — agreed in the retainer before anything goes wrong.

We review the codebase, infrastructure, dependencies, and monitoring setup before taking on any maintenance engagement. Honest about what we find.
We get to know the system — its architecture, its weaknesses, and its deployment process — before we are responsible for keeping it running.
If monitoring is absent or inadequate, we set it up as part of onboarding. You cannot maintain what you cannot see.
Scheduled dependency updates, security patches, database maintenance, and performance reviews on a defined cadence. Every month, without being asked.
When something breaks, we are on it. Response times and escalation paths are agreed in the retainer contract — before anything goes wrong.
Voices from the people we built for.
Dexsof rebuilt a system we'd been promised twice before. They shipped in eleven weeks what two other teams couldn't in eighteen months — and the code is the cleanest I've reviewed in a decade.
Genuine senior engineers. The kind who say 'we shouldn't build that' before we waste a quarter on the wrong thing.
We came for a 6-week prototype. Three years later they still run our core platform.
The team integrated seamlessly with our in-house engineers and elevated the entire output. We shipped on time and under budget.
The mobile app they built has a 4.8-star rating on the App Store. The UX work alone was worth every dollar.
From discovery to deployment in eight weeks. Dexsof is what a modern dev studio should look like.
We brought Dexsof in mid-project to rescue a failing build. They diagnosed the architecture problems in days, refactored the core, and had us back on track within two weeks — without losing a single feature.
Fast and reliable.
Every deadline hit, every estimate accurate. Working with Dexsof felt like having a co-founder with a full dev team behind them.
They picked up our legacy codebase that three other contractors had given up on, cleaned it up, and shipped three new features in the same sprint — all without touching the production schedule. Impressive discipline from the entire team.
Dexsof flagged two architectural issues that would have cost us six months.
Their design and engineering teams worked as one. The result was a product that looked premium and performed even better under load.
Common questions.
Anything not covered here, ask us directly — we answer within 24 hours.
What does a typical maintenance retainer include?
A defined number of engineering hours per month covering bug fixes, dependency updates, monitoring response, and small feature work. Incident response SLAs are included.
How quickly do you respond to production incidents?
Response times are agreed in the retainer — typically 1 hour for critical incidents, 4 hours for high severity, next business day for normal priority.
Can you maintain software you did not build?
Yes — about half of our maintenance clients inherited their systems from us, and half came with existing codebases. We start with a code audit before committing to a maintenance scope.
What if we need more hours than the retainer covers in a given month?
We notify you before exceeding the retainer limit and agree on the additional scope. No surprise invoices.
Let’s talk about it.
