Dexsof/Dedicated Team

A Dedicated Development TeamYour Roadmap. Our Senior Squad.

A stable team of senior Dexsof engineers working only on your product, month to month — direct communication, overlapping US and European hours, and every line of code owned by you from day one.

Dedicated team

A team without the hiring cycle.

Hiring one senior engineer takes months. A dedicated team gives you several in weeks: engineers you interview and approve, who join your standups, use your tools, and stay on your product long enough to carry its context. No junior pyramid behind a senior facade, no account-manager relay — you talk to the people writing the code.

Engagement models

Three honest ways to work with us.

Most agencies sell whichever model suits them. The right one depends on your problem, your team and your certainty about scope — here is the honest comparison.

Dedicated team — this page

Best for an evolving product with an owner on your side. A stable squad, monthly rate per person, direction from you, continuity from us.

Staff augmentation

Best when your in-house team needs specific seats filled — a senior Python, React or Flutter engineer embedded in your process. See staff augmentation.

Fixed scope

Best for a known problem with a hard deadline: written scope, fixed price, fixed timeline. See custom software development.

Not sure? Two-week discovery

Unknown problem, no internal owner: start with a short paid discovery and buy certainty before buying a build — then pick the model that fits.

We wrote a candid breakdown of when each model fails: Embedded squad vs fixed-scope.

How it works

From first call to first sprint in weeks.

A deliberately boring process — the excitement belongs in your product, not your vendor onboarding.

Scope the team

A senior engineer (not a salesperson) maps your roadmap to roles and seniority — and tells you if a smaller team would do.

Interview the people

You meet and approve every member. CVs, code samples and a working session — your call, every seat.

Integrate & ship

The team joins your Slack, repos and standups on day one; the first production pull request lands in the first sprint.

Review & scale

Monthly retros on velocity and quality; scale the team up or down with a month’s notice as the roadmap changes.

FAQ

Common questions.

Anything not covered here, ask us directly — we answer within 24 hours.

What is a dedicated development team, exactly?

A stable squad of Dexsof engineers (and a designer or QA when needed) that works only on your product, takes direction from you, and runs month to month. You get a team without the hiring cycle; we handle employment, equipment and continuity.

Dedicated team vs staff augmentation vs fixed scope — which fits us?

Fixed scope fits a known problem with a hard deadline. Staff augmentation fits a strong in-house team that needs specific seats filled. A dedicated team fits an evolving product with an owner on your side but no (or a small) internal engineering team. We will tell you honestly which one you need — including when the answer is not us.

How do time zones work with a US or European company?

Deliberately shifted schedules from Lahore give 4 or more overlapping hours with US Eastern and most of the working day with Central Europe, anchored by our Berlin and Toronto presence. Standups, reviews and releases happen live inside your workday — not across a 12-hour gap.

Can we interview the engineers before the team starts?

Yes — you interview the actual people joining your team, not representative profiles. The team you meet is the team that ships; we do not rotate juniors in behind a senior facade.

What does a dedicated team cost?

A flat monthly rate per person, set by role and seniority and agreed before the engagement starts — no hidden overheads. Senior engineering delivered from Lahore typically lands at a fraction of equivalent US or EU rates; you get exact numbers in the scoping call.

What about IP, code ownership and contracts?

Everything is yours from day one: code in your repositories, infrastructure in your accounts, IP assigned in writing. NDAs are standard, invoicing is in USD or EUR, and you can scale the team up or down with one month of notice.
