Trend Walls is a wallpaper app for iOS and Android built around a simple promise: a fresh, curated feed that makes your screen feel new every day — fast to browse, instant to apply, light on the battery.
The problem Trend Walls solves.
Wallpaper apps live or die on feel: if browsing stutters or applying a wallpaper takes three taps too many, the app gets deleted the same day. And most of the audience browses on mid-range Android hardware, not flagships — the performance bar is set by the weakest device.
One codebase shipped to both stores, tuned relentlessly for low-end devices: aggressive image caching, lightweight rendering and a curation pipeline that keeps the feed fresh without bloating the download. The test device for every change was a five-year-old Android phone.
